The staff is very helpful, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is absolutely perfect very close to good restaurants in the neighbourhood, and a Business Park with in walking distance. The units are silent, well-equipped. There is a central heating, multi-channel TV, and a study table - that's always a plus: D

Exceptionally clean place accompanied by welcoming staff. Unbeatable and marvellous location in a calm area so close to the city center, business district and restaurants and shops.

The venue's position was remote. I ate at a GREAT restaurant for a surprisingly delicious dinner-4 mins drive away. Its staff were responsive.

Some people working there were overworked.

Everyone from the staff was consistently courteous and superbly friendly. Outstanding services were available. Besides, there was parking on-site. This hotel was located in a remote area next to restaurants and shops, the ski resorts in the Alps and local facilities.

Was a relaxing base for trip. Had a good stay for the summer holidays. Remote location of this budget hotel was a bonus. Even the Metz-Nancy-Lorraine airport was not so far, 20 minutes drive away. The twin room was immaculately clean and huge with cooling system. Responsive and polite stuff, helped me a lot.

Location: the hotel was just off the ski resorts in the Alps, a Business Park and the outskirts of Metz. Had good sleep at the quadruple room with cooling system. The service was marvellous, we felt welcome...

The hotel is located in a business park on the outskirts of Metz, far away from the city centre. However, there are several impressive restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is enjoyable. there is secure parking available and a bus stop conveniently located nearby.

The shower head in the room cannot be adjusted, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
